72 hours to go.
In 72 hours, I will undergo an operation.
And I will be banded.
And my life will change.
But before that, I have about 14 million things to do.
The cleaners are at my apartment today, trying to scrub the funk from two very messy cats and one very messy Mommy.
Bowie has been looking really thin lately and not wanting to eat dry food, so we have a vet appointment tomorrow. I also need to stock up on cat food so Evette can feed them while I'm gone.
Pick up my laundry.
Stock up the fridge with V8, more Slimfast and some Vitamin Water.
Get travel-sized toothbrush and toothpaste.
Download some movies to the iPod.
Pack up clothes and iPod charger and phone charger.
Pack up laptop.
And pick up Xanex on Sunday (nice!).
I finally wrote an email to Ellen, but haven't sent it yet. I'm going to wait until I'm out of surgery to really work on it.
In the meantime, I'm just trying to stay calm and focused.
Eyes on the prize.
I'll try and post again this weekend. If not - look for me on Wednesday.
As bindyree would say: Digits Juxtaposed that all goes well on Monday.
What I'm reading: Piece of Cake, by Cupcake Brown. A sister in recovery.
